WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
At Little Scrubs we provide tracking for all our deliveries via Australia Post.
All orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
Standard shipping 3-10 business days depending on your location - Australian Customers.
Express shipping 1-3 business days (must be located within the Express Post network) - Australian Customers.
Postage of heavy/bulky packages is costly. If you are ordering more than 5 LaLa tops you may be required to pay extra for delivery if not picking up via our Click & Collect service.
If you have not received your purchased items within 10 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. Often its just a case of attempted delivery, however, due to you not having been home, it has been sent back to your local post office awaiting for collection.
Please ensure correct address is supplied to Little Scrubs. If you supply an incorrect address and your items are returned to Little Scrubs HQ we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will be required to pay re-postage costs if we need to re-send your parcel to a corrected address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been carefully packed and posted you will receive an email with confirmation your parcel is with Australia Post and on its way. If being sent via Express Post, a tracking number will be provided to enable you to track your parcel.
With Registered Post, if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your nearest Australia Post office.
Costs
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post for $8.
Within WA: Up to 4 business days
Interstate: 3-6 Business Days
Express shipping option is available for $12.
Within WA: Up to 2 business days
Interstate: 2-4 Business Days

**Please note orders using a credit note or gift card to check out will not qualify for free shipping nor do the costs apply to the shipping cost. There is only one delivery price per order, not per item.
International deliveries
Our scrubs love to travel 😀
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We have absorbed as much of the cost as possible when shipping internationally.
Our NZ Friends we have your shipping rates as follows:
Standard Freight $15
Parcels between $191 & $280 = $20
Larger Parcels over $281 = $30
We aren't currently able to ship to all destinations yet due to many travel restrictions and the price is not economical for you. We aim to please however and if your heart desires a top, please email us or message us via Instagram or Facebook to discuss further.
PERTH DELIVERY/LOCAL PICK UP
Hello Perth friends 👋
We are happy to offer you a delivery service straight to you FREE OF CHARGE (orders over $50).
We can deliver to selected NOR locations. We can also arrange for pick up for our South friends at a suitable location. Suburbs in Swan City are included in our delivery service.
Please reach out via email/socials to discuss having your parcel delivered or arranging for parcel pick up.
Note, we do not have a physical store, pick up from store is not available.
A text message/email (depending on details you checkout with) will be used to contact you to notify you of a suitable delivery day.
PLEASE NOTE: Once parcel has been delivered to your door, we will not accept any responsibility for loss/damage of the parcel. Please ensure you have a safe & secure location for us to leave your parcel if you will not be home to accept delivery.
